INGROUND SWIMMING POOL BUILDERS OVERHEAD AND PROFIT

    Your swimming pool builder will perform many tasks to facilitate the construction and installation of your inground swimming pool. For this service your swimming pool builder will charge you a fee of thirty three percent of the overall cost of construciton.

    For our sample 450 square foot inground swimming pool this fee is 35 percent of the total cost of the pool excluding design services. For our sample 450 square foot inground swimmign pool the costs are as follows.

    For the low end pool with concrete paver deck the cost is $39,250.00 plus the buiders 35% of $13,737.50 for a total of $52,987.50.

    For the mid grade pool with cool deck surface the cost is $48,975.00 plus the buiders 35% of $17,141.25 for a total of $66,116.25.

    For the high end version pool with natural stone paver surface the cost is $55,200.00 plus the buiders 35% of $19,320.00 for a total of $74,520.00.
